On Thursday March 7, 2019, around 8:50pm, Rochester Police responded to the area of North Main St and Jackson St, near Subway restaurant, for a report of a disturbance involving a firearm. It was reported a verbal argument took place before a male brandished a firearm and threatened several people at the location. Officers arrived on scene, located people that were involved, and ultimately arrested Dustin King, age 28, of Lafayette St in Rochester, for 4 counts of Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon, all class B Felonies. King was held on no bail and was transported to Strafford County Jail. He is scheduled to be arraigned at 1230 on Friday March 8, 2019 at Strafford Superior Court.
