On Wednesday April 10, 2019, around 7:15 pm, Rochester Police responded to the area of George and Ed’s convenience store on North Main St for a report of a gun being pointed at someone driving by. Police received a call from someone driving by who said they heard their name being called as they drove by and noticed someone pointing a gun at them when they turned to look. Police learned the two were known to each other, no injuries were reported and this was an isolated incident
As a result of the investigation, Police arrested Tyler Forest, age 22, of Rochester, for Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon, a Felony level offense. Forest was released on personal recognizance bail is scheduled to appear in Strafford County Superior Court on Thursday April 25, 2019 at 12:30 to be arraigned on the charge.
