On April 13, 2019 at approximately 1:45 A.M. Rochester Police, Fire and Frisbie Memorial Hospital EMS responded to the area of 141 Flagg Road in Gonic, New Hampshire for a reported Motor Vehicle into a telephone pole. Officers arrived on scene to find that a 2013 Ford Fiesta being operated by Rachel Warner, 27 of Center Barnstead, New Hampshire was travelling South East when it left the roadway striking the pole causing it to split near the base. There was significant front end damage to the Ford, that later had to be towed from the scene. Utility crews were called to the scene to replace the pole and are expected to be on scene for several hours.
Warner was transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital with minor, non-life threatening injuries. Officers responded to Frisbie Memorial Hospital and conducted an investigation into the collision. Warner was subsequently arrested at the hospital and charged with Driving or Operating Under the influence of Drugs or Liquor under New Hampshire RSA 265-A:2. She was released on Personal Recognizance with a 7th Circuit Rochester District Court date of April 29, 2019 at 8:00 A.M.
