Rochester – On July 4, 2019 at 9:25pm, Rochester Police, Rochester Fire, and Frisbie EMS responded to the intersection of South Main St and Portland St for an accident involving a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle. Preliminary investigation revealed that a 2006 Chevy Equinox, driven by Abi Mills, 28 years old of Dover, NH, was driving southbound on south Main St and crossing through a green light at the intersection with Portland St when a pedestrian, Justin White, 32 of Rochester NH, entered the roadway in front of her vehicle where he was struck. White was transported to Portsmouth Regional Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The accident remains under investigation at this time anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Labosier of the Rochester Police Department at (603) 330-7127.
