On 08.26.2019, Rochester Police, Fire, and EMS responded to Farmington Road for a reported motor vehicle collision between a car and motorcycle.
Through the investigation, officers found that Travis Tapply, 32, of Holderness, N.H. was traveling west on Farmington Road on his 2013 Harley Davidson motorcycle. Michael Lampron, 62, of Rochester, N.H. was attempting to exit the driveway of Meineke in his 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. As Michael began to pull onto the roadway he collided with Travis’ motorcycle. The collision caused Travis to tip over and slide across the pavement.
Travis sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital.
The Grand Caravan could be driven from the scene, however the motorcycle was removed by a local tow company.
Based upon the information received by witnesses of the incident, Michael was cited for failing to yield.
