On September 30, 2019, Police arrested James Brooks, age 28, of Somersworth, on a warrant for the charge of Bail Jumping regarding his failing to appear in court on multiple occasions. Brooks was released on personal recognizance bail and issued a court date for October 21, 2019 at the 7th Circuit Rochester District Court.
- On 4/4/2019 James Brooks was arrested by the Rochester Police Department for Receiving Stolen Property and was PR bailed with an arraignment date for the 7th circuit Rochester District Court for 5/13/2019.
- On 5/13/2019 Brooks failed to appear for his arraignment and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
- On 7/20/2019 Brooks was arrested and bailed with an arraignment date for the Rochester District Court 8/26/2019.
- On 8/26/2019 Brooks again failed to appear for his arraignment and another bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
In addition to the above, Brooks was also recently arrested on 8/26/19 on a Capias warrant from Strafford Superior Court for failing to appear on a Felony level Possession of Controlled Drugs arrest on 7/30/19.
Brooks was also arrested on prior Capias’ regarding a prior Felony level Burglary charge on 12/17/18 and 7/7/17 as well as a Violation of Probation arrest on 5/19/17.
