On December 28, 2019 at approximately 1:44 A.M. Rochester Police, Fire and Frisbie Memorial Hospital EMS responded to the area of 13 Cross Road for a reported Motor Vehicle Collision. Initial reports stated that there were three vehicles involved. Officers responded and an investigation was initiated. Officers found that a 2004 Cadillac CTS being driven by Tyler Leary, 28 of Rochester, N.H. was travelling West on Cross Road when the vehicle struck ice in the roadway. Leary lost control of the vehicle and traveled through a fence at 11 Cross Road. Leary then struck a vehicle at 13 Cross Road causing a chain reaction in which a third vehicle was struck.
The Cadillac sustained heavy damage while the other two vehicles sustained moderate damage. Leary was transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital with serious, non-life threatening injuries. Fencing and other debris was spread over a large area. The Cadillac had to be towed from the scene. Officers conducted further investigation at Frisbie Memorial Hospital. As a result of the investigation Leary was subsequently charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension. He was released with a 7th Circuit Rochester District Division Court date of January 27, 2020 at 8:15 A.M.
