On 12/29/2019 at approximately 12:24 PM Rochester Police, Rochester Fire, and Frisbie EMS responded to the area of Bootlegger’s Footwear Center on Gonic Road in Gonic NH, for a report of a motor vehicle collision involving four cars. The investigation revealed that Zachary Fisher (age 32, of Farmington, NH) was operating a White Chevy Colorado pickup truck traveling south on Gonic Road. He had with him one additional passenger. The Colorado was traveling at a high rate of speed when it struck a white Toyota Corolla that was stopped in traffic waiting for the traffic signal at the intersection of Gonic Road and Oak Street. The Corolla was operated by Barbara Brunault (age 75 of Hiram, ME) and had additional one passenger. The resulting collision pushed the Corolla forward where it collided with a gold Subaru Outback operated by Judith St. Pierre (age 71 of Farmington, NH), subsequently causing her car to collide with a gray Lexus RX350 in front of her car operated by Gary Fowler (age 69 of Atkinson, NH) and occupied by one additional passenger. As a result of the collision Zachary Fisher and his passenger from the Colorado and Barbara Brunault and her passenger from the Corolla, were transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital with non life threatening injuries. A fifth vehicle located at the front of the stopped vehicles was originally reported to have been involved but the operator did not remain at the scene or contact the Rochester Police Department regarding the accident. As a result of the collision Gonic Road was closed for a brief period of time in order for emergency workers to manage the incident. The collision is remains under investigation at this time but as a result of the investigation thus far Zachary Fisher has been charged with RSA 263:64 Operating After Revocation or Suspension and RSA 265:79-b Negligent Driving .
