On 1/27/20 at approximately 7:14 PM Rochester Police, Rochester Fire, and Frisbie EMS responded to the intersection of Washington Street and Estes Road for a reported two car motor vehicle collision. The investigation revealed that Glen Tuttle (age 63 of Strafford, NH) was operating a Dodge 3500 on Washington Street traveling south towards Barrington. Also in the vehicle was Wendy Tuttle (age 56 of Strafford, NH). At that time Brandon Hennessey (age 16 of Strafford, NH) was operating a Mitsubishi Eclipse on Estes Road and crossing over Washington Street. The two vehicles collided at that point. As a result of the collision the Eclipse sustained significant damage. A 15 year old passenger in the Eclipse sustained serious, but non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Portsmouth Regional Hospital. All other involved individuals, including another 16 year old passenger from the Eclipse, were evaluated on scene by EMS but were not transported to the hospital. While emergency crews were on scene Washington Street was closed down. As a result of the on scene investigation Hennessey was issued a citation for a stop sign violation (RSA 265:31).
