On Saturday March 21, 2020 at approximately 8:55 P.M. Rochester Police, Rochester Fire, and Frisbie EMS responded to Farmington Road by Crane Drive for the report of a motor vehicle collision in which a pedestrian had been struck. Emergency personnel arrived on scene to find one vehicle with heavy front end damage and one pedestrian in the roadway.
The preliminary investigation revealed that Dylan Bilodeau, 25 of Rochester, NH was operating a Nissan Versa traveling south on Farmington Road when he struck a pedestrian. The pedestrian’s name is not being released at this time. The pedestrian was transported to Portsmouth Regional Hospital with life threatening injuries.
The Strafford County Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team was activated and responded to the scene to assist with the investigation. As a result, Farmington Road was shut down for approximately three hours.
